Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that mistakes happen and we want to help! Unfortunately once an order is placed, it is not usually possible to make adjustments or changes as items are generally shipped very quickly after the order is placed. This includes adding or subtracting items, changing a payment method, adding a discount code and other changes. However, if your request is received before the order goes out, we will do our best to catch it and make adjustments.
If it is not possible to adjust or cancel, you may pursue a return after receiving your purchase. If you have questions, please email us at sales@revirusa.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on Monday-Friday, we do our best to process and ship all orders same day. Orders that are placed after that time are processed the next business day. During sale events and product launches, there may be a slight delay in shipping, however we strive to ship no more than 24 business hours after an order is placed.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipping carrier or delivery speed is chosen at check out. We offer shipping from UPS, Fed Ex, US Mail and DHL.
The shipping speed depends upon the carrier. UPS guarantees ground shipping in the continental US in 1-5 days. We ship from Michigan, so the closer you are to us, the faster you will get your free shipping. Expedited shipping is always an option if you need your order faster.
Are all orders shipped for free?
We offer free standard shipping for all US continental orders over $100. Other shipping options like expedited service and international shipping is an option however the cost for those will be added to your order.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if your order is unworn, all original tags have remained attached and the product is in original condition. Clearance items are final sale (unless you received the item in damaged condition). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at sales@revirusa.com to request a return.
How do I return my order?
To request a return, email us at sales@revirusa.com, let us know the order number, items you wish to return and reason for the return. We will reply with a return shipping label that you can attach to the box and send your item back to us.
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 24 hours of receiving the return. If the item is in original condition, we refund your card that day.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we are not able to offer online exchanges, however it is easy to return an item for a full refund and order the desired item.
Where are you located?
We are currently online and have one physical store located at 345 E. Cady St., Northville, Michigan, 48167.
Who makes your clothes?
Short answer is WE DO! We manufacture all of the Revir Collection clothing right here in Michigan. We design, source, develop, photoshoot, manufacture and sell our goods from our beautiful home state.
