Shipping:
Ground shipping is free for all orders over $100 within the continental USA.
Expedited and international shipping is available, standard rates are offered and applied at checkout. We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS.
For orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on Monday-Friday, we do our best to process and ship all orders same day. Orders that are placed after that time are processed the next business day. During sale events and product launches, there may be a slight delay in shipping, however we strive to ship no more than 24 business hours after an order is placed.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipping carrier or delivery speed is chosen at check out. We offer shipping from UPS, Fed Ex, US Mail and DHL.
The shipping speed depends upon the carrier. UPS guarantees ground shipping in the continental US in 1-5 days. We ship from Michigan, so the closer you are to us, the faster you will get your free shipping. Expedited shipping is always an option if you need your order faster.
Returns:
Return shipping is free for all continental US orders. Refunds are accepted if the return is requested within 14 days of receiving the order, and the item is returned within 30 days. All item(s) must be in the original condition, and pass our inspection for a full refund.
Sale items that are clearance at 50% off are final sale unless the goods are faulty.
